Call for Papers

1. To be published in the conference proceedings
2. To be delivered at our conference proceeding sessions (Due to limited time duration, presentations will be selected by our Academic committee)

All papers and presentations will be subject to the decision of the conference academic committee for inclusion.


Abstract Format Guidelines

Word Limit
1. Title of abstract should be no more than 20 words
2. Abstracts should be between 150 and 250 words

Document Requirements
01. Must have cover page with the name and contact information, including e-mail address, for the first author, and names and affiliations for all presenters
02. Abstracts must be submitted in Word for Windows format, and send by e-mail attachment
03. 14 pint for tile, 12 point for text in Times New Roman
04. Single spaced throughout
05. Should not contain subheadings, underlines or bold type (other than in the heading)
06. All margins are to be 3cm, justify left and right margins
07. Page size - Type on 1 side of A4 size
08. Tables and figures will not be accepted in the abstract
09. Do not use bullet-pointed or numbered lists within the abstract
10. Abstracts should contain brief but complete statements
11. Abstracts/final papers must be original compositions

Language
Abstracts must be submitted in plain English. Please avoid over use of jargon.

References
Please limit to key references. They can be included in or at the end of the abstract.

Authors
1. For proposals with more than one author - only one person should submit the abstract. This person will be the contact for all correspondence concerning the abstract with the conference organiser. 2. Write authors with surname first followed but initials. Do not place commas between the name, surname and initials. A comma should be used to separate authors except for the last where you should use "and" before the last name. 3. All co-authors must approve and agree to submit the abstract.

Author Biography
1. A 50 word biography of the presenting author only must also be provided with the abstract submission
2. Highlight the name of the expected presenter in bold type face

Acceptance of Abstracts/Closing Date
1. Abstracts that do not adhere to the guidelines will be rejected.
2. The deadline for submission of abstract is on Tuesday, 30th January, 2007.
3. Any and all changes made to initial abstract submission must be made prior to Thursday, 15th February, 2007, otherwise changes will not be included in abstract review process.

Publishing Consent
By submitting an abstract authors and co-authors permit their abstracts to be published on the website and conference proceeding report.
