China-UK Consortium Established

A closer link CHINA-UK CONSORTIUM for the East and West medical integration, research and collaboration has been established on 18th August 2007 at the AcuMedic Medical Centre, London.
The founding meeting of the China - UK Consortium, CUC in abbreviation, for Medical Integration, Research and Collaboration was held on 18th August 2007 at the AcuMedic Medical Centre, London, to foster closer links between the UK and China, and to develop collaborations between the two countries in medical research and integration. The consortium consists of leading academic and R&D institutions in the UK with partners in Europe and China. The CUC aims to contribute in international co-operation and exchange in the medical fields for mutual benefits. In this connection, the consortium wishes to establish liaison with organisations of similar pursuit and mission. Contact Prof M F Mei, chairman of CUC for a further discussion.
