China Trip 2008 Highlights
Hong Kong – Macau – Nanning12th ~ 26th October 2008
Every year CMIR organises a medical trip to China. Hundreds of members, medical professionals and their families have joined since the trip started years ago. The trip offers western medical professionals the opportunity to experience medicine as practiced in Chinese hospitals as well as presenting a unique occasion to sample Chinese life on both a professional and personal level. Previous trips have covered Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Guilin and Nan’ning in Guangxi province, Hong Kong, Macau and etc. Our cooperators which include Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the north and Guangxi Medical University in the south have been supporting the trip enormously by providing facilities, clinical hospitals, organising seminars and lecturers to smooth and advance the whole learning and experiencing procedures for the trip members. Trip this year has been to the most historical places of China who were bound up with western world hundreds of years ago. Photos below will help you catch a glimpse of this trip.
